  24.  This application provides interactive help when the !Help
  25. application (or !Bubblehelp) is active, and requires Risc OS
  26. 3.1 or later.

  29. What this software does
  30.  
  31.  A periodic table of the elements is shown in standard
  32. format. Clicking on any element opens a window showing
  33. various properties of the selected element. The range of
  34. properties includes electronic, thermodynamic, and physical.

  37. Running the application
  38.  
  39.  As a fully RISC-OS compliant application it can be started
  40. from within the desktop by double clicking on the !periodic
  41. icon in a directory viewer. Its icon is installed on the
  42. iconbar. Clicking with SELECT on the iconbar icon opens a
  43. window showing the periodic table of the elements. Various
  44. properties of any element can be displayed by clicking on
  45. its symbol in the periodic table.
